David Bowie (1947 - 2016)

I won't claim to be his biggest fan, the truth is I knew very little about David Bowie - of course I appreciated his talent, and loved many of his songs - but I was never a BIG FAN.  What I can admire is his ability to reinvent himself, his music and his style - he was way ahead of the curve and a visionary - creating trends, not just following them - a true artist.
